Construction Estimator (Bronx, NY)

Monitor project budgets and track cost performance metrics throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with original estimate. Analyze labor productivity rates, subcontractor quotes, and supplier pricing

to ensure accurate and competitive project bids. Attend client meetings related to construction project planning, identifying and projecting costs by category, resolving cost discrepancies by collecting and

analyzing information. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to prepare bid proposals, cost breakdowns, and timelines for commercial and residential projects. Project planning,

scheduling, co-ordination and regular follow-ups in terms of work done, resources needed, progress billing & invoicing. Prepare RFI's and other technical data sheets as and when required.

Compensation provided: $74,090/Year

Requires Masters degree in Civil Engineering
